The approach to calculate stress concentration at the punches, holes and cracks in anisotropic half-plane by accounting for the friction, contact of the faces is developed and the method for strength calculation of composite structural elements with the interaction of punches is derived on this basis. The methods for strength assessment of composite plate-like structural elements with holes and cracks under their interaction with punches of different shapes are developed. For the construction of methodology the Hoffmann criterion is used, which takes into account the dependence of the strength characteristics on the direction of the forces. Limit loads that can be applied to the punch, in which stress at the punch and at the hole does not exceed the permissible values are defined.
