. Dissertation is devoted to improving the efficiency of the treatment of children suffering from mono and mixed-rotavirus variants, based on the study of cellular and humoral immune system, mineral metabolism, qualitative and quantitative composition of intestinal microflora. We have installed an imbalance phagocytic, cellular, humoral immunity, interleukins indicators, components of the complement system, the content of the micro- and macronutrients in the blood serum and the state of the colon microflora in infants with mono- and mixed-options rotavirus. To correct the identified qualitative and quantitative changes microbiocenosis colon in children of mixed-version of rotavirus infection in age from 4 months to 5 years of age is recommended to use powder for oral rehydration therapy (Lactobacillus reuteri DSM 17938, glucose, sodium, chloride, potassium, citrate and zinc), 50 ml/kg/day for 5 days and the probiotic preparation (Bacillus clausii) 1 bottle 1 times a day for 5 days and then an additional 5 days 1 bottle 2 times daily with a decrease in the level of bifidus -, lactobacilli and increasing the content of representatives of conditionally pathogenic microflora
