The thesis is devoted to the study of legal regulation of termination of employment contract due to the termination of officials. The work done on the common analysis on termination of the employment contract with officials that allowed the role of such a place as grounds for termination of powers of officials in the grounds of classification termination of the employment contract by the owner, as well as the features of conditions and procedures for termination of employment contract due with the termination of officials in the Ukrainian legislation and the legislation of foreign countries. Exposed and improved categorial-conceptual apparatus refers to the issues, "official", "order cancellation employment agreement in connection with the termination of officials", "conditions of termination of employment contract due to the termination of officials", "labor disputes over termination of employment contract due to the termination of officials", "legal guarantee upon termination of employment contract due to the termination of officials". In the context of the study of legal regulation of the issues highlighted major shortcomings termination of employment contract due to the termination of officials and formulated their own ways of improving the legal regulation of termination of employment contract due to the termination of officials.
