Fartushok T. Protecting the worker's rights for the salary.

The thesis is devoted to theoretical and legal problems of protection of workers' wages. The paper defines such concepts as: protection of employee labor, form, method and means of protecting the rights of the employee payroll, employee self-defense rights of labor and others. Special attention is given to research of international standards on the protection of workers' rights to remuneration and practice by the European Court of Human Rights. In the dissertation the provisions of national law in the regulation of workers' wages were analyzed, whereby were identified key weaknesses, and tendencies and prospects of legal regulation of certain aspects of protection of labor. In order to further improvement of the national legislation and its application proposals on the need to make appropriate amendments to the Labor Code of Ukraine, the draft Labour Code of Ukraine and other legislative acts were formulated.
