Motrych A. Legal regulation of the full liability of workers.

Thesis deals with the legal regulation of full liability of workers. The dissertation analyzes the current legislation of Ukraine in the regulation of this type of liability and workers and the possibility of improvement is justified. In the thesis were detected cases of bringing the worker to full liability, as well as the grounds and conditions of use. Such categorial-conceptual apparatus as : "full liability of workers", "bases full liability of workers", "subject to full liability of workers", "contract of full liability of workers", "damage to employee", "regulation of full liability of employees" were defined. The concrete proposals and recommendations for improving the legal regulation of full liability of workers were made.
