Kovalov I. Administrative and Legal Principles of Physical Training within Law Enforcement Agencies

The thesis is focused on determining the nature and characteristics of administrative and legal principles of physical training within law enforcement agencies in Ukraine. Legal regulation of physical training in law enforcement agencies has been characterized; its shortcomings and the ways of improvement have been found out; and the main directions of physical training in law enforcement agencies have been defined. The author has formulated priority areas of the development of administrative and legal regulation of organization and implementation of physical training in law enforcement agencies; has offered specific suggestions and recommendations for improving the legislation of Ukraine relating to these issues.
