Essay

The thesis presents the improvement of diagnosis and prediction of violations of physical and neuropsychological development in preterm children during early childhood. The risk factors for perinatal disability at an early age in premature infants were Identified. It was found that the physical development of infants born prematurely, have gender differences and is characterized by a slowdown or delay, especially in children with impaired neuropsychological development and disabilities. It has been shown that a significant increase in the proportion of delta rhythm and theta rhythm on standard EEG, EEG "light" and "mild" diffuse changes, EEG local slowing in interval of corrected age from 6 to 12 months is a marker for prediction of disability. It has been found that the applying of AIMS scale to improve allows early diagnosis of motor development and in the age range 6-12 months adjusted age predict the development of disability. There was a delay of adaptive development, and gross and fine motor skills, and expressive and impressive language, and social-emotional, and cognitive development by KID-RCDI-2000 scale during early childhood in children who was born premature. Some predictors of disability in young children who was born premature were estimated. The models of predicting violations of physical and neuropsychological development and algorithm medical surveillance, diagnosis of development and rehabilitation study in infants who are born prematurely were presented.
