The dissertation is devoted to the formation of theoretical principles and forensic recommendations for investigation of violent, sexual insults committed in an unnatural manner against a minor. In the dissertation there have been formed the forensic characteristics of the crime according to the elements: the way the crime has been committed, the situation, the traces, a criminal personality and a victim personality, the correlation connections between them have been determined. The peculiarities of entering data in the Unified Register of pre-trial investigationshave been cleared out, the typical investigation situations and the investigation initial phase versions have been formed.The tactics of verbal, nonverbal and mixed investigative (detective) actions have been revealed.
