Essay

Dissertation is dedicated to administrative-legal provision of status of the internally displaced persons in Ukraine at the current stage. Prior studies, historical-legal genesis, evolution of notion of the "internally displaced persons" in the laws of Ukraine are analyzed. Criteria distinguishing the notion of "internally displaced persons" from "refugees" are formulated, its unification in all normative-legal acts of Ukraine is offered.
