Parubok N. The development of integrated structures in the sugar beet subcomplex of agrarian sector

The object of the study is the formation and effective functioning of the integrated structure of sugar subcomplex. Theoretical and methodological basis for the study were the basic provisions of the economic theory, scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists in the field of research problems of development and operation of integrated entities within the sugar beet subcomplex of agriculture. The study used a wide range of economic methods: dialectical, abstract logical, analytical groupings, and system-structural benchmark index, monographic, correlation and regression analysis, economic and mathematical modeling, forecasting, graphing method. The practical aspects of the development and operation of integrated structures in the sugar beet subcomplex of agricultural sector were examined. The existing views on the nature of the category of "agro-industrial integration" were summarized and author's own vision of the concept "agroindustrial integration of enterprises of the separate food vertical" was offered. The agro-industrial production cycle through the prism of its components (agricultural, processing and trade) was covered. The methodological approaches to assessing the efficiency of the integrated structures were revealed and the diagram of comprehensive diagnostic procedure was proposed.
