Dzhegur G. The state regulation employment mechanism in Ukraine

The object of the research is the process of state regulation of employment in Ukraine. During the research the author was guided by the provisions, principles and methods of modern economic theory, works of domestic and foreign scientists, patterns and characteristics of the genesis of the state employment regulation. In particular, the scientific methods used are: dialectical - provided system-situational review mechanism of state employment regulation dynamics in the relationship and interdependence of all its elements; structural and functional - used in development issues to improve the structures of the state employment regulation, the definition of regulatory functions and priorities for further improvement of the organizational and economic mechanism of state regulation of the labor market; Economics and Mathematics - provided the organic combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis of state employment regulation. Using special economic methods - analysis and synthesis (for the evaluation component of the state mechanism of employment regulation), the balance (for the assessment of supply and demand in the labor market), monographic (the study of the employment situation of the rural population) - provided a review of employment as a systemic economic category, resulting in the possibility of analyzing the impact of labor supply and demand on the state of employment and their systematic interaction at the level of state regulation gave able to make a clear structural and logical images contained provisions. This thesis is dedicated for research of theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of the state employment regulation mechanism functioning in Ukraine and identification priority areas of its improvement. There were given study results for the state employment regulation genesis, depending on various factors.
