The expediency definition of a wide range of allergens using molecular allergodiagnosis and multiple chemiluminescence test to determine the allergic profile of children with asthma and personalized selection of patients ASIT is proved. Characteristic features of disorders of the immune status in children with asthma were decreasing of the absolute and relative number of T cells, decrease in number of T-helper cells, decreasing of immunoregulatory and increasing of leukocyte -T cell indices, imbalance of content immunoregulatory cytokines dysimmunoglobulinemia, violation of IgG subclasses The data concerning the excessive activation of lipid peroxidation and oxidative modification of proteins, decline in antioxidant protection (enzymes of glutathione redox system and catalase) in asthma in children were obtained. The violations of bioenergetic processes in children with asthma depending on the severity of the disease detected. Efficacy of L-carnitine containing drug and recombinant interferon ?-2?, which used to correct immune disorders and energy deficiency, combined with basic therapy, were established. The efficacy and safety of sublingual ASIT in children with asthma defined, symptoms of which is improvement of control of the disease, achievement of lasting remission.
