Koziakov S. Models and method for automated management in information processes of experts' motivation

The dissertation is devoted to solving important scientific and technical problem, namely, expanding functionality of integrated automated systems for staff management by developing of information support technologies in management processes for motivation of experts in enterprises. Information interconnections of activities, experts' needs with kinds of their motivation are established and formalized; functional process simulation of determining a set of indicators in motivation is carried out. The procedure of activities motivators ranging from the ranks of experts needs and method of multicriterion selecting of complexes showing motivation of experts in an industrial plant is developed. The method of work motivation assessment for experts of industrial enterprises is developed, experimental verification and testing of the developed subsystem in terms of existing industrial enterprises. The information technology to realize the performance steps, of which the user receives the necessary information for the selection of one or another motivators' complex in terms of prognosis to meet the needs of experts by applying a set of motivators to specific levels of financing is developed.
