The object of the study is organizational and economic processes in the processing plants, which provide protection against the destructive impact of the crisis. The subject of the study is theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of the formation and implementation of organizational and economic mechanism of crisis management. The thesis is devoted to the complex development of theoretical, scientific, methodological and applied developments aimed at the formation of the organizational and economic mechanism of anti-crisis management of the enterprise. During the task, the following methods of scientific research: monographic, historical, abstract and logical, sociological, settlement and constructive matrix. Promote and based on the integral index of interests of consistency proved the hypothesis about the dependence of the interests of consistency enterprises with business interests on environmental life cycle of the company. Improved organizational and economic mechanism of crisis management. The economic efficiency of enterprises as a complex system of action organizational and economic nature designed to anticipate and overcome the destructive consequences of the crisis caused by the influence of changes in the external and internal environment, which is implemented by management on the basis of the principles, procedures and methods aimed at its stabilization and development. Substantiated scientific methodical approach for evaluating organizational and economic mechanism of crisis management now using criteria influence resource group for each of the purposes of crisis management. Developed scientific and methodical approach to determine the level of state, regional and domestic support in determining the dynamics of the business opportunities and threats arising from their support. Improved matrix core competency of staff in the context of the impact on growth of reconciling the interests of each participant of the environment.
