Essay

The dissertation presents theoretical foundation and proposes a new solution of scientific task devoted to the treatment of children with prolonged neonatal jaundice by correcting revealed metabolic disorders. The analysis of obstetrical history data in mothers of children with prolonged jaundice was researched and the state of metabolic processes, hepatobiliary and physical development of children were estimated in the age dynamic. Prognostic risk criteria of the prolonged jaundice in children, recommendation of medical observation and the method of treatment of children with prolonged jaundice were created. Based on the results of researches the linear regression model, which allows to calculate the length of days of treatment for children with prolonged jaundice, depending on the type of treatment was formed.
