The dissertation is devoted to the complex research of the administrative and legal regulation of e-governance in the sphere of public administration in Ukraine. In the context of contemporary European integration processes in Ukraine, administrative reform, the development of the concept of e-government in Ukraine, reform of the legislation of Ukraine in the field of public administration, the evolution of civil society, need to improve the public administration in Ukraine, the rapid development of information technology, important is to research the problems of the administrative and legal regulation of e-governance in the sphere of public administration in Ukraine.
