Osadko O. Business reputation, honor and dignity of the employee as objects of protection in labor law.

This research focuses on the legal nature and features of such of concepts of labor law, as business reputation, honor and dignity of the employee, the right to reputation, honor and dignity of the employee and others. It is proved that the right to reputation, honor and dignity of the employee refers to moral labor rights in the labor law science, as well as to non-property element of labor relations that permeates many institutions of labor law. It's also proved that provisions on business reputation, honor and dignity of the employeer belong to the labor discipline field of labor law, not to labor safety field. The thesis has advisability of making changes and amendments to the labor law and to the draft Labour Code of Ukraine on protection of the right to business reputation, honor and dignity of the employee.
