Essay

Thesis presents the new solution of the actual scientific problem which consists in efficiency increasing of microclimate normalization and improvement of working conditions in the underground chambers of mines with working equipment on the basis of scientifically justified means of ventilation and cooling, with use of pneumatically-vortex device. It was developed the algorithms of structural and parametric identification of the heat exchange in the underground chamber with working equipments by the choice of the ideal mixing model of the air flows considering the presence of heat sources. Dependences of quantity and temperature of cold air formed in pneumatically-vortex device on improvement of its structural elements were experimentally determined. So, by making of a snail working surface at the bevel angle 3-3,5 grad and the diaphragm hole at an angle 10-15 grad can increase the amount of cold air for 8-10 %. It was developed the cooler "Climate" for microclimate normalization in the underground chambers with use of the energy of adiabatic expansion of air compressed. The results of experimental tests of this installation in the mines of Kryvbas revealed its operating parameters: the ability to keep the temperature in the chamber within 20-24 grad C, air velocity at 0,5-0,7 m/s, relative humidity within 58-68 %, cooling efficiency is 0,3-0,55.
