The object of research are the implementation processes of ownership relations of agricultural land in agricultural enterprises. The aim of the study is an underpinning of theoretical-methodological foundations and proposal development for improving ownership relations of agricultural land in agricultural enterprises. The scientific novelty of the research lies in theoretical generalization and justification of ownership relations of agricultural land influence on the activities of agricultural enterprises, and to develop ways to improve them. The study was performed using the methods: abstract logic, systematic approach, historico-logical, analysis and synthesis, economic and statistical methods, grouping method, interview method, graphic method. Basic provisions brought to the level of specific teaching materials and practical advice. Scope of use - agricultural enterprises, governments, institutions of higher education.
