Sokolyuk C. Formation and development of investment resources in the agricultural sector

The thesis, which is based on generalization of previous researches, is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological bases of forming and advancement of market of investment resources in the agrarian sector of economy, influence of macro- and microenvironment factors and state of agricultural complex. Substantiated the determination of concept "market of investment resources" in the agrarian sector of economy, as totality of economic relations related to forming of demand and supply on investment resources. The mechanism of functioning and development of investment resources market was worked out, which is based on attracting of investment by the factors of production in agrarian sector, namely: the fixed assets, human resources, land , financial capital. The structure of investment resources for their functional orientation was substantiated. It has been defined that investment resource market, on the one hand, needs necessary to be examined as a sphere of commodity turnover of investment resources in the process of their production, purchase-sale, and on the other hand, as a system of commodity-money relations, the aim of which is an acceleration of investment resources. Basic results of the research are to deepen theoretical, methodical and practical bases of forming and development of market of investment resources in the agrarian sector of economy , that will increase the efficiency of investment attraction.
