Kalitynskyi V. Modern varieties of legal ideologies: philosopho-legal aspect

The thesis formulated a number of conclusions and proposals addressed to solve the scientific problem – identifying varieties of modern legal ideologies through their relationship with the legal ideal. Legal ideal is interpreted as an ideal semantic implementation of legal ideas and values, a legal image and a purpose of law in the legal conscience. The methodological basis of the study is the thesis that the legal ideology is based on the legal ideal. As the legal ideal, depending on its structure can have different content, we can distinguish various kinds of the legal ideologies. The type of the legal ideal depends on the legal image (kind of the legal conscience).
