Krupko Y. The legal basis of distribution of funds between the budgets

The dissertation is devoted to the complex research and to the systems analysis of the principles of the distribution of funds between the budgets. In this work is investigated the notion of the principles of law in the regulation of the distribution of funds between the budgets, in this work is revealed the essence and the content of the basic principles of the distribution of funds between the budgets. In the work is outlined in detail the practical implementation of the principles of distribution of funds between the links of the budget system. In the work is performed a classification of the principle of the distribution of funds between the budgets and their scientific substantiation. A special attention is paid to the legal mechanism of realization of the principles of distribution of funds between the budgets. The constituents are defined, the result of the combination of which is the appearance of a direct mechanism of the principles of distribution of funds between the budgets. It is proposed to amend the current Budget Code of Ukraine.
