Tsekalova N. Migration law in the system of Ukrainian administrative law

The dissertation is devoted to theoretical and legal analysis and determination of the place of immigration law in the system of Ukrainian administrative law. It was considered the preconditions of branch formation structures in the system of Ukrainian administrative law and concluded about possibility of consider migration law to list the constituent elements of Special administrative law. Also, it was found out the notion and limits of legal regulation of immigration law as an integral element of administrative law in Ukraine. The dissertation research is focused on the system of migration law and proves that the latter consists of rules and institutions. Besides it was analyzed the sources and types of immigration law. Studied the determination and nature of migration and the legal relationships that are characterized by specific features, allowing them to allocate a separate type of legal relations. The analysis of possible immigration law relationships represented by individual entities (foreign citizens, persons without citizenship) and public authorities vested with powers. Studied the rights and obligations of legal migration and relations. Found out the grounds of, modification and termination of migration relations. Also it analyzed the basic directions of migration law in the context of European integration of Ukraine.
