Essay

German and Ukrainian professional languages of law were analyzed on lexical, morphological and syntax levels. Mutual and distinctive features of the languages compared were found. Complex research of legal terms of criminal and family law in a comparable aspect was conducted. There was made a lexical and terminological structuring of German and Ukrainian professional languages of law terminology systems.
