Pypiak M. Administrative court in the system of state authorities of Ukraine.

The thesis is dedicated to a comprehensive study of the functioning of system of administrative courts in Ukraine, directions of improving their activity and interaction with other state authorities. Genesis of formation and development of administrative proceedings was analyzed. The activity of administrative courts in foreign countries was studied and positive experience of developed countries suggested to be implemented in Ukraine was singled out. Necessity to adopt the Law of Ukraine «On state service for assessment of psychological and moral and professional qualities of court staff, prosecutors and other law enforcement agencies» was suggested and justified.
