The thesis is devoted to the problem of using cloud technologies in high school students' research competencies forming in profile physics learning. In this thesis the structure, content, levels, criteria and indicators of research competencies forming in profile physics learning have been determined; the model of forming high school students' research competencies in profile physics learning and the model of using cloud technologies in high school students' research competencies forming in profile physics learning have been developed; the technique of using cloud technologies as a tool of high school students' research competencies forming in profile physics learning has been developed; the effectiveness of the developed technique has been experimentally proved.
