Issue of development of scientific thought and legislation regarding institution of the Prosecutor's procedural activity in the criminal proceeding regarding minors has been highlighted. Based on the analysis of broad circle of the researchers' points of view personal view on legal nature of participation of the Prosecutor in the criminal proceeding regarding minors has been given. Peculiarities of the Prosecutor's procedural activity in the criminal proceeding regarding minors in foreign countries have been explained. Having taken into account practice of the European Human Rights Court, perspectives of further development of mechanism for provision by the Prosecutor of rights for a minor suspect, accused in the criminal proceeding have been determined. Peculiarities of legal regulation of rights of a minor suspect, accused in the criminal proceeding have been considered. Peculiarities of realization of the prosecutor's authorities taking into account necessity to provide rights for a minor suspect, accused in the criminal proceeding have been determined. Participation of the Prosecutor in proof in the criminal proceeding regarding minors has been established.
