Shkrebec Y. Advocacy of Ukraine: Administrative and Legal providing of activity on the modern stage

The object of research: public relations arising in the process of administrative and legal support of the legal profession in Ukraine. Objective: to determine the nature and characteristics of administrative and legal support of the activities of Advocacy of Ukraine, as well as to formulate proposals for its further improvement. Scientific novelty: reasonable social importance to the legal profession as a special Institute of Ukrainian legal system, functioning in the interests of civil society with a view to qualified protect the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of participants in public rela-tions. Formulated author's definition of administrative and legal support of the legal profession in view of its social es-sence, the basic principles and characteristics, as well as the features of the legal profession’s status as an important in-stitution of civil society. It is proved that the optimal administrative and legal support activities of Advocacy of Ukraine should ensure stable relationship interests of impartial human rights activities and duties of the state to ensure law and order in society. Substantiates the priority directions of improvement of the administrative and legal support of the activities of Advocacy of Ukraine in accordance with modern trends in the development of the domestic legal system. Practical value: the results of the study can serve as a basis for further scientific development of the provisions of administrative law and public administration, as a basis for carrying out specialized studies administrative and legal support of Advocacy of Ukraine and reform of the competent authorities. Scope of use: in the course of teaching training courses in administrative law in universities and other educational institutions for the training of employees of Advocacy of Ukraine, during the preparation of textbooks, manuals and guidelines.
