The thesis has studied the content of disciplinary proceedings in the prosecution of Ukraine, which is envisaged by the new Law of Ukraine "On Prosecution" of 14.10.2014, the author has paid attention to some shortcomings of legal regulation of this type of proceedings and has proposed solutions. There is the author's concept of disciplinary proceedings in the prosecution as an independent kind of jurisdictional administrative proceedings governed by the Law of Ukraine "On Prosecution" and linked to the consideration and decision of authorized entities disciplining the prosecutor.
