Kuterha M. Provision of Administrative and Legal Means Aimed at Road Traffic Safety

The thesis is devoted to the analysis of current scientific approaches, legislation of Ukraine and its practical implementation in order to determine the nature and characteristics of provision of administrative and legal means aimed at road traffic safety, and outline ways to improve it. The work investigates the system of provision of road traffic safety. The author defines the concept of administrative legal means aimed at provision of road traffic safety and gives their classification. He specifies the role of administrative and legal means of prevention among other means of provision of road traffic safety of non-binding nature. The circle of permitting means of provision of road traffic safety is outlined. The thesis clarifies the essence of preventive and coercive means of provision of road traffic safety and provides their classification.
