Frolina K. Scientific principles of state regulation of investment activity in the construction industry Ukraine

The object of research is the process of formation of the state regulation system of investment activity in the construction industry of Ukraine. Research methods and instruments: logical-semantic and comparative analysis, systematization and generalization, analysis and synthesis, statistical analysis and empirical research, mathematical modeling in economics, the method of the necessary conditions creating and expertise by forming-up of "objectives tree", system analysis, graphical methods. Theoretical and practical results: the deepening of the existing and development of new science-based practical recommendations to the improving of the system of state regulation of investment activity in the construction industry of Ukraine, the results can be the basis for the development of programs of investment support enterprises of the construction sector of the country, the introduction of public-private partnerships in investment activities in the construction industry, for the analysis and planning of the investment policy of enterprises, for the minimization or limitation of public-private partnership risks in the construction industry, as well as for training of specialists on state regulation of investment activity in the construction industry. Scientific novelty: theoretical generalization and new solution of important scientific and practical task - creation and implementation of the system of state regulation of investment activity in the construction industry of Ukraine. Degree of implementation: the results are used in the practice of the State Enterprise "NDIproectreconstruction" (implementation note № 37 from 01.07.2016); Management of capital construction of Odessa City Council (implementation note № 1114/01 of 07.06.2016) Ltd. "Stikon" (Odessa) (implementation note № 254 of 07/01/2016), SPC Engineering Academy of Ukraine "Ekostroy" (Odessa) (implementation note № 384 from 07.04.2016). The research results are used in the educational process of the Odessa State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture during the teaching of the disciplines: "Investing", "State regulation of the economy" specialties Entrepreneurship, trade and stock exchange activity, Marketing (certificate of introduction № 29-754 from 07.04.2016).
