The dissertation is devoted to the complex study of criminal procedural regulation and tactics of interrogation of an under-age suspect. The criminal procedural status of an under-age suspect is determined. The essence and objectives of the interrogation of an under-age suspect are explained, its views are given. Peculiarities of preparation for this interrogation are outlined.
