Tkachenko N. The Subjects of Forensic and Expert Activities in the Modern System of Expert Provision of Criminal Proceedings

The author of the thesis has accomplished a comprehensive forensic analysis of theoretical principles, organizational and legal principles of the participation of the subjects of forensic and expert activities in this system. Based on the synthesis of scientific approaches, legal acts, investigative practice and litigation the author has suggested own definition of the essence of expert provision of criminal proceedings, the concept of the subjects of forensic and expert activities within criminal proceedings. The current state and perspectives of development of the system of expert provision of criminal proceedings has been characterized. Forensic classification of the subjects of forensic and expert activities within criminal proceedings has been developed; and their legal status has been characterized.
