Essay

The object of study: the processes of determining the quantity of required inventory. Goal of study: to improve modeling quality of process of determining of economic order quantity for deterioration items with complaints in deterministic terms and uncertainty conditions by constructing of economic order quantity mathematical models for deterioration items with complaints, trade credit, time value of money and inflation, also methods and tools of implementation of these models. Theoretical studies based on the use of theory of building functions, fuzzy set theory, possibility theory, numerical methods and methods of organizing tools of computer modeling. Crisp and fuzzy-expected value economic order quantity mathematical models for deteriorating items with complaints, trade credit, time value of money and inflation were constructed. These models were built by the apparatus of mathematical analysis, the theory of building functions, the theory of fuzzy sets and the possibility theory, that, in contrast to the existing mathematical models, ensured adaptability of the proposed models to the dynamics of the market environment, also the specific and systematic risk. Compositional method of directed optimization got further development through the use of adaptation mechanisms of mutation operator to search space solution. Fuzzy penalty function method based on fuzzy logic inference was improved by modifying antecedent space of the fuzzy rules of withdrawal penalty. The practical value of the results determined by the fact that the proposed mathematical models, methods and simulation tools solve to expand the class of important tasks of decision support for create stock with inventory losses in deterministic terms and uncertainty conditions in practice. Research results use trade and industrial enterprises, as well they implemented in educational process of Cherkasy State Technological University.
