Essay

The thesis is dedicated to development of cartridge- type loading device for shoe production machinery which provided optimization in separation of individual footwear components by reducing friction forces that usually interfere with the process of individual separation. A new classification of loading devices was developed in from improvement perspective. It was discovered that vertical impact impulse can reduce friction and thus force required for separation form a stack of parts. Mathematical and physics models of the process were developed for individual separation in the cartridge of loading mechanism with vertical impact impulse. A magnitude of part's lateral shift during separation was correlated to force of individual separation, separation impulse and quantity of parts in the cartridge. Recommendations for development and structural blueprints for new cartridge loading systems with pneumatic actuator were produced, as well as control system based on mechanical principles.
