The thesis deals with the problematic aspects of administrative and legal support of public administration in the use and disposal of real estate. Special attention is paid to the disclosure of the public administration subjects system's structure in the use and disposal of real estate. There are different types of administrative proceedings in the use and disposal of real estate were analysed, and the criteria for their classification were offered in the thesis. The registration and permit proceedings for use and disposal of real estate were described in detail. Recommendations have been developed for enhancement of privatization and leasehold proceedings in the use and disposal of real estate.
