Rybachuk V. Innovative development of the agricultural sector regulation

The thesis is dedicated to the system grounding and development of theoretical, methodical and practical recommendations regarding the innovative development of the agricultural sector regulation. The research improves the system of essential and content characteristics of categorical apparatus of concepts' scientific identification in the fields of innovations, the system of business and economic processes' innovations features adapted to modern realities by the classification of innovations and by the focus on the results of their use. The development of economics and formation of economic efficiency in the agricultural sector was analyzed, modern conditions of scientific and innovative provision were characterized; trends of business as the mechanism of innovative development of the agricultural sector were distinguished. The ways of provision of agricultural sector's innovative development in terms of economics' transformation, conceptual basis of regulative institutions' capacity dealing with the agriculture sector innovative development were offered; scientifically reasonable suggestions regarding the formation of innovation model as an institutional guide of innovative development in the agricultural sector were designed.
