The management mechanism of investment and innovative activity in case of GDE is researched, including organizational, technological, financial, economic and strategic objectives for effective implementation of management mechanism. The author explores that strategic guidelines for application management mechanism of innovative activity of GDE are possible through investment and innovation unit, providing organizational, managerial, technological, financial, economic and legal relationships by adapting management mechanism of investment and innovation activities of gas distribution enterprises to conditions of instability in economics.
