The dissertation is devoted to the comprehensive study of theoretical and practical issues of administrative responsibility for violations in the field of standardization, product quality, metrology and certification. In the thesis is conducted general theoretical characteristics of standardization, product quality, metrology and certification and it is generalized the legal basis of their regulation. The administrative and procedural status of authorized bodies in cases on administrative violations in the field of standardization, product quality, metrology and certification is solved and defined their jurisdiction.
