Hud A. Organization of customs-legal regulation of foreign economic activity of enterprises

Thesis is devoted to theoretical generalization and the new decision of scientific problem of determining the nature and content of the customs-legal regulation of foreign economic activity of enterprises, the definition of its organizational and legal framework and ways to improve, in accordance with the requirements of the international standards of the European Union. In the thesis proved the expediency of allocation in the system of customs-legal regulation non-tariff and customs-tariff measures and customs administration measures. Defined principles of customs-legal regulation and carried out their systematization into two groups: general legal and special legal. We classify customs-legal measures. Characterized by a system of public authorities - subjects of customs-legal regulation, their powers defined. Grounded position on the customs authorities as the central subject of the system of customs-legal regulation.
