Essay

In dissertation theoretical generalization over is brought and new solution of scientific task that consists in establishment of rational technological measures for the effective growing of wheat winter in short term crop rotations for the droughty terms of Danube Steppe of Ukraine is offered, that provided an increase and stabilizing of level of fertility of soil, increase of production of quality agricultural goods and diminishing of economic and power charges on her production. Scientific bases of the systems of basic till of soil, maintenance of fertility of black earth south and increase of the productivity of agricultural cultures are economically reasonable in short term crop rotations. New approaches are improved and worked out for the increase of efficiency of the systems of basic till of soil and fertilizer with the use residues stubbly of predecessors in the droughty terms of Danube Steppe of Ukraine, which provides stability of production of grain, upgrading of products and proceeding in fertility of soils. In the conditions of Danube Steppe of Ukraine the complex action of the systems of basic till of soil and fertilizer is first certain with the use of residues stubbly on efficiency of growing of wheat winter in shortly rotary crop rotations after different predecessors – pairs black, vetch winter on green, peas and mustard white on green, peas. Operating of the marked factors is set on the changes of level of fertility of soil, weediness, productivity, economic and power efficiency, balance of moisture and nutritive is certain.
