Haponiuk O. Legal Provision of Administrative Services in the Customs Sphere

The thesis contains the complex of theoretical and practical issues related to the study of the nature, content and grounds of administrative-legal regulation of relations in the sphere of rendering administrative services by public authorities in the field of customs. On the basis of the current legislation defines the concept, purpose, objectives and principles of administrative-legal regulation of relations in the sphere of rendering administrative services by public authorities in the field of customs. In the thesis the analysis of the theoretical problems of Administrative-Legal regulation of relations in the sphere of rendering Administrative services by Public Authorities in the customs sphere, analyzes the legal essence of the concepts of «Public services», «Public service activities», «Administrative services», «Administrative services in the field of customs» etc. Given the Democratization of the Ukrainian society and the European direction of development, attention is focused on the need for the development and implementation of new model of relations «man – state», which primarily should affect the guarantees comfortable receipt by a person of quality, timely administrative services in the field of customs. This will speed up the process of formation of civil society, return the trust to the state authorities in the field of customs, the customs will make companies more attractive to potential clients, citizens, aliens and increase the flow of funds in the state budget of Ukraine.
