Essay

The thesis deals of the control system of economic security of the region, developed the scientific and practical guidance algorithm for constructing an integrated information-analytical control of the food system, assessment and forecasting food security status. Analyzed the essence of concepts "food security in the region", made their definition. The approaches to system-attributes of food safety control systems. In the thesis the character is installed discrete nature of socio-economic status, which is subject to the law of the structural harmony of systems, given the interpretation of the law. We describe a method that allows assessing the stability of a dynamic system of food security in the face of uncertainty. The thesis is developed model control of food security in the region which is based on the definition of the field allowable values safety criteria under which preserved the equilibrium of the economic system with minimal threats and risks. The criteria of food security in the region suggested to use the degree and nature of stability of the system as a comprehensive description of its activities and equilibrium volume complex system. It is the calculation of socio-economic effect of the introduction of the region's food security monitoring system by reducing the level of morbidity of the population.
