Essay

The thesis is devoted to theoretical and applied principles of value-based management of a retail enterprise. The essence of the concepts of "enterprise value", "value-based management" has been defined, the definition of term "group of value impact" has been offered. The basic theoretical dominants of the value-based management research on the basis of generalization of scientific approaches to understanding its nature and components have been identified, the object, the subject, objectives, principles, functions and tasks of value-based management system have been singled out. Preconditions of value-based management approach in retailing have been studied, the tendencies of value-based management in retail have been explored, value priorities of retailers management have been defined. Scientific approaches to the implementation of value-based management for retailers have been grounded. The model of retailers' value has been offered. Based on the concept of the business model the mechanism of value-based management has been constructedReceived on modern theoretical and methodical basis results are consistent with goals of scientific research and can be used in the management of a retail enterprise.
