Ilyina A. The state regulation of investment process in Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to theoretical, methodical and practical foundations of the state regulation, stimulation of the investment process of business entities and also control for their investment activities in Ukraine. There were suggested the own concept of "investments" and classification features of investments, based on which was defined the essence of investment process, relationship of its elements and state impacts on its passing, developed the scheme of the mechanism of investment process implementation. There was studied the essence of the state regulation of investment process, developed the scheme of institutional and organizational mechanism of the state regulation of investment process; there were substantiated methodological approaches to evaluating the efficiency of the state regulation of investment process. There was given the general characteristics of investment process, conditions and particularity of the formation of system of the state regulation of investment process in Ukraine. There was studied the interrelation of main directions of the state stimulation of investment process in Ukraine; calculated and analyzed the indicators of the stimulating effects of investment process in Ukraine. There were developed the measures to improve the mechanism of the state investment policy realization. There were identified the major institutional tools of the state influence on investment process, on the basis of which was developed a model of the institutional mechanism of the state regulation of investment process in Ukraine, built the scheme of the cluster mechanism of the state support of investment process development in Ukraine. There were proposed the structural-functional model and mathematical formalization of the system of evaluating the efficiency of the state adjustment of investment process; there was evaluated the efficiency of the state regulation of investment process in Ukraine using the integral ratio.
