Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to solution of current problem of applied science consisting in creation of informational technology for complex deterministic evaluation of the state, operation quality and interaction between the main structural elements of complex hierarchical network systems with fully ordered motion of flows. Methods for multi-criteria and multi-parameter local, forecasting, aggregated and interactive evaluation are proposed. These methods are based on scheduled surveys and continuous monitoring of system and allow to analyze the state, operation quality and interaction of all system objects on various hierarchy levels.
