Object - the process of developing a scientific tool for assessing the impact of commercial real estate enterprises on the development of entrepreneurship; goal - is to generalize theoretical propositions, to substantiate methodological approaches and practical recommendations on the evaluation of the multiplicative influence of the state of commercial real estate on the development of entrepreneurship with the involvement of the economic instruments of matrices of social calculations and the multiplicative theory; methods - structural analysis, scientific abstraction and abstraction through equivalence and logical generalization; groupings and historical; economic-statistical and expert assessments; system approach; matrix; the results - the addition of theoretical and methodological provisions aimed at solving the scientific problem of creating a scientific tool for assessing the impact of the state of commercial real estate on the business sector; improvement of scientific and methodological approaches to the development of a scientific tool for assessing the influence of commercial real estate enterprises on entrepreneurship, which can be used to analyze the prospects for the development of the business environment in any market; introduced - in the development of investment policy in the development company LLC "Stroitel" (Reference on the implementation of 14.03.2016), in developing the economic strategy of the CP "Bureau of Regional Development" Odessa-RSA (Reference on the implementation of 7.04.2016 g ) and development program by the legal department and executive authorities of the Odessa City Council (Reference on the implementation of 22.02.2016); branch - economy and management of enterprises (by types of economic activity).
