Chupryna Y. Administrative and legal methods of legal regulation: the nature and content

Object of study: public relations, emerging in the administrative and legal regulation of social processes. The aim: determine the nature and characteristics of administrative and legal methods of regulating social relations and formulate proposals for their further improvement. Methods: dialectical, historical, legal, classification and clustering, formal-legal method of logical-semantic, systemic and structural, legal modeling. Scientific novelty: for the first time, defined the essential features of the method of administrative and legal regulation of social relations; the authorized methods of classification of adminis-trative and legal regulation of social relations; proved that the structure of the mechanism of regulation of public relations administrative and legal methods include a focus on regulation of social relations that arise in the implementation and execu-tion of administrative tasks, implementation of executive and administrative activities. Improved existing doctrine in admin-istrative law approach to classification methods of administrative and legal regulation; system of scientific views on the role of content and methods of administrative and legal regulation of social relations in the process of public administration ma-jor spheres of society. Got further development of the doctrinal position of the study of the relationship between the admin-istrative status of a subject of public administration, administrative and procedural forms exercise of power-jurisdictional operations and administrative tort subject to the influence of the specific social processes; scientific knowledge about the status of the regulatory and organizational support for the use of authorized entities administrative and legal methods of re-gulating social relations; proposals for optimizing the legal status of the administration of social relations, improvement of current legislation on administrative responsibility, correlation procedural form the main forms of administrative and juris-dictional activity authorized entities. Practical value: the results of the research can be used in the research field as a basis for further studies of methods of administrative-legal regulation of social relations; in lawmaking, particularly in the devel-opment of model procedural forms of implementation methods of administrative and legal regulation acts of administrative law. Scope: in teaching work the teaching of subjects "Administrative Law", "Administrative Procedure Law", "Administra-tive tort Law", some applied academic disciplines law, as well as training manuals, textbooks and other educational litera-ture with these disciplines
