Object of the research: strategic management of investment and innovation activities of industrial enterprises; purpose of the work: further development of theoretical provisions, methodological support and practical recommendations on the formation of investment strategies for the innovation activity of machine-building enterprises; research methods and equipment: abstract-logical and structural-logical analysis; method of statistical analysis; methods of multivariate analysis and cluster analysis, expert method, matrix method, graphical method; theoretical and practical results: methodical support for the formation of investment strategies for innovative activities of industrial enterprises, the difference of which lies in the use of the proposed by investment attractiveness of enterprises and the innovative level of investment projects of the matrix; methodical approach to the quantitative measurement of the innovative level of the investment project, the feature of which is to determine, using expert methods, internal signs and external features that are integrated into an integral indicator; methodical approach to determining the investment attractiveness of machine-building enterprises, the feature of which is the application of multidimensional and cluster analysis methods to substantiate a system of partial indicators; classification of investment strategies on the basis of theoretically justified and practically significant for the formation of investment strategies of innovation activity of enterprises of signs: feasibility, investment methods, investment attractiveness of the enterprise, innovative level of the investment project, i.e. novelty of the attachment object; the content of the concept of "strategy", the feature of which is the proposal to understand it as the direction of the subject of strategic management in accordance with the functional characteristics of its object; classification of investment, the advantage of which is the justification of priority for the formation of investment strategies for innovation activities of enterprises of such classification characteristics as the degree of novelty and attractiveness; Degree of implementation: the development has been introduced in the practicality of the activities of SE "Electrotyazhmash", LLC "TPK "NOVA", SE "PIVDENDIROSPOSHAKHT", in the educational process of S.
