Herych O. Clinicoimmunologic special aspects of disease and treatment of patients suffering from polypous rhinosinusitis combined with mycotic sensibilization

The Dissertation is dedicated to the improvement of the effectiveness of treatment of patients suffering from polypous rhinosinusitis combined with severe mycotic sensibilization through the allergen specifi c immunotherapy with mycotic allergens. By the clinico-laboratorial methods and instrumental investigations the clinical features оf the disease course in 125 patients diagnosed with rhino-sinusitis polyps combined with severe mycotic sensibilization were identifi ed, the systemic immunity factors were evaluated, the dynamic transitions of a disease course and immunological profi le after received treatment in patients diagnosed with rhino-sinusitis polyps combined with severe mycotic sensibilization were determined. Performed clinico-immunological studies designed for determination of the effectiveness of the treatment of patients suffering from polypous rhinosinusitis combined with severe mycotic sensibilization has showed more effi ciency of complex application of specifi c immunotherapy both in clinical judgement and in immunologic investigations use.
